| Jason Huckaby is a chemical engineer at an environmental consulting firm in Morrisville, NC. He has served on the Innovations Unit Committee and has participated on a panel for the Gillings School of Global Public Health. Currently he serves on the Executive Committee of the N.C. Cancer Hospital Patient and Family Advisory Board as president for 2012 – 2014. | |
| Polly Hudson is a retired CPA who worked as a financial executive in Raleigh. She is vice chair of the Advisory Board and has served on the Ambulatory Patient Experience and the Partnering with Patients and Families Committees and is working with the new Inpatient Hospice Committee. Polly is a breast cancer survivor. | |
| Robert Harrison is an organizational leadership and effectiveness consultant, living in Clayton, NC. He is past president of the N.C. Cancer Hospital Patient and Family Advisory Board and serves on the Carolina Care Oversight Committee for UNC Health Care. He is a prostate cancer survivor. | |
| Glenda Blackwood is a patient coordinator in the N.C. Cancer Hospital’s Head & Neck Cancer Program. A native Chapel Hillian, she has been with UNC Hospitals for almost five years. Glenda serves as secretary for the N.C. Cancer Hospital Patient and Family Advisory Board and on the Advisory Board candidate interview committee. |

Loretta Muss is coordinator for the N.C. Cancer Hospital Patient and Family Advisory Board. Before moving to Chapel Hill, Loretta spearheaded a nonprofit organization in Vermont that provided supportive services to cancer patients throughout the state. A nurse by training, as Advisory Board coordinator, Loretta advocates for the voice of the patient. She coordinates the selection of board members, matches board members with committee participation, helps with new program initiatives, and works alongside staff at the N.C. Cancer Hospital to make this the best for patients and families. Loretta Muss |
Director, UNC Comprehensive Cancer Support Program

Dr. Donald L. Rosenstein is professor of psychiatry and director of the UNC Comprehensive Cancer Support Program, part of UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. He came to UNC after 17 years at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) where he directed the clinical program as well as serving as chief of the National Institutes of Health psychiatry consultation-liaison service. His principal clinical interest is providing psychiatric care to patients with medical illnesses.
