Please join the UNC Cancer Network for an online, interactive telehealth lecture with Lyn Filip, RN, BSN, OCN. Participants can expect to learn more about the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and its connection to cancer. Lunch and Learn lectures are geared toward cancer patients, survivors, and care givers/supports but anyone interested in learning more about cancer is welcome to join us. Every lecture has a question and answer (Q & A) section at the end so feel free to ask the presenter's for clarification or more information! While these lectures are viewable online, we recommend watching them at one of our Lunch and Learn Sites. Please contact us for more information and for assistance locating a site near you.

Hit for Cancer is a family event benefiting UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center Immunotherapy Research. The event features cardio tennis for all ages and level and highlights the benefits of fitness for the patient, family and caregiver during the rigorous treatment, stress and recovery through the cancer journey.

Each weekly session lasts for 2 - 2 1/2 hours and includes information on nutrition, exercise, coping with stress, and medical care, plus delicious healthy snacks. This program is open to cancer patients who have completed treatment and their loved ones.
