We 1. Nov.

Nov 01, 2017 12:00 AM to Nov 30, 2017 11:55 PM

For the sixth year in a row, UNC and UNC Health Care are participating in Movember – a global fundraising campaign committed to changing the face of men’s health. The Movember Foundation challenges men to grow moustaches during Movember (formerly known as November), to spark conversation and raise vital funds for men’s health programs that focus on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity. The challenge is simple: guys take action by signing up, shaving on Movember 1, and growing a moustache for the month. They grow and groom their new facial hair, asking friends and family to donate on behalf of their efforts.
