Registration and Poster Registration

Everyone who is coming to the Retreat should register. (This helps us with the head count for food).  If you want to present a poster, you should register for the event and then complete the additional questions about the poster you are submitting.   We ask that everyone register by 5:00 pm on Monday, May 20, 2013.

Reception and Poster Session

The Reception and Poster Session start around 5 pm, immediately following the conclusion of the program. 

We will award cash prizes ($250 first prize; $150 second prize; $100 third prize) for best posters in each of three categories: Basic, Clinical / Translational, and Population Sciences.  

Poster entries are limited to the first 50 posters registered.  Please, only one poster per person.  Only registered posters that are first-authored by students or fellows will be eligible for awards.  Due to poster board dimensions, only posters that are 4’ by 6’ (or smaller) can be entered.

The deadline for poster registration is also 5:00 pm Monday , May 20, 2013.

Please note, when you register your poster you must enter a text abstract to register your poster.  These abstracts will assist in reviewing.

The IND and IDE Workshops have each been pre-approved for 3 Contact Hours of Clinical Research Education for re-certification of ACRP’s CCRC®, CCRA®, CPI®, at no cost. Certificates of attendance will be available at the conclusion of the training. For nurses or others in need of Continuing Education Units, 3 CEUs are available at a cost of $6 per day (please provide payment in the form of a check and your PID number on the day of training).
