This 6-week course will teach and practice a repertoire designed specifically to prevent lymphedema in those who are at risk, as well as reduce exacerbations in those who have had lymphedema. The series includes core conditioning, strength training, and flexibility exercises.
Sessions are limited to 10 participants. You may sign up for individual sessions or all six. (The cost to attend all six sessions is $60.)
You will need a set of hand weights, exercise cords, exercise ball, and mat. A limited set of equipment is available for purchase through New Life After Cancer or at local retailers.
