His clinical interests include diagnostic surgical pathology and cytopathology with focus on breast and gynecologic pathology.
His research interest focus is in the field of breast cancer, in particular, molecular subtyping of breast carcinomas and their pathologic phenotype, origin of estrogen receptor-negative breast cancers, evaluating tumors for targeted therapy, and predicting response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy using molecular markers.
